Tork Motors has launched the Kratos electric bike in the market. The Tork Kratos is available in two variants namely Kratos and more powerful Kratos R. Real range of 120 kms is available on the bike while certified range stands at 180 kms. The Kratos is available only in white colour while more powerful Kratos R gets four colour options. This includes the white, blue, red and black colour.
Tork Kratos R Specs
The Tork Kratos gets a 4 kWh battery pack. The max power on the bike stands at 7.5 kW and max torque stands at 28 Nm. More powerful Kratos R gets a 9.0 kW power and 38 Nm torque. The Kratos top speed is limited to 100 kmph while Kratos R top speed stands at 105 kmph. Feature of fast charging is available only on the Kratos R. The fast charging can charge the bike to 80 percent in 60 minutes. Tork motors is offering geofencing, find my vehicle function, crash alert only on the Kratos R bike. Acceleration from 0 to 40 kmph stands at 4 seconds for the Kratos and 3.5 seconds for the Kratos R.

The Tork Kratos electric bike is priced from Rs 1.08 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune) with subsidy from the government. More power Tork Kratos R gets a price tag of Rs 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune). Without subsidy the Tork price shoots up to Rs 1.92 lakh and Rs 2.08 lakh for the Tork Kratos R electric bike. FAME 2 subsidy by the government decrease the price by Rs 60,000 and state subsidy constitutes Rs 24,500 decrease in the price. Together the Kratos electric bike gets a benefit of Rs 84,500 by the Central and state government. Buyers of the Kratos R will get free access of the charging network for first 2 years.
Tork Kratos Electric Bike Booking
The bookings of the Tork Kratos electric bike is now open at Rs 999 on the company’s website. Tork Motors will launch the bike in phased manner. First cities to get the Tork Kratos electric bike will be Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Delhi. This includes Hyderabad and Chennai as well. The Revolt RV400 is the biggest rival of the Tork Kratos. The Tork Kratos will also rival some best known electric two-wheelers such as Ola S1 and Ather 450X.
