Skoda Auto India is riding high on Kushaq SUV. Since it’s launch in June 2021 more than 20,000 customers have booked Kushaq. 10,000 Bookings were only received in September 2021 while other 10,000 models were booked in next three months.
Skoda Auto India Expansion
Czech automaker is currently on rapid expansion in southern India. Customer touchpoints have grown by 84 percent over last year. Last year customer touchpoints stood at 38 which is now 70. Rapid expansion in South led to increase in sales by as much as 90 percent, the company said. Skoda is on aggressive expansion spree under India 2.0 strategy. while the Kushaq is registering strong demand company is also gearing up to introduce 2022 Kodiaq facelift & Slavia sedan.
Skoda Kushaq Price Hike
Kushaq was launched at a price of Rs. 10.50 Lakh. Last month in November 2021 the prices were increased by Rs. 29,000. After price hike Kushaq SUV now comes with a price tag of Rs. 10.79 Lakh (ex-showroom)
