Roanoke: A second suspect has been arrested and charged with murder in the February deadly shooting at a Roanoke home.
According to Roanoke police, Jaytwon T. Shepherd, 20, of Roanoke, was arrested in High Point, North Carolina, and is now being held in the Botetourt-Craig Regional Jail.
He is accused of murdering Arnez A. Kirtley, 21, of Roanoke. Police responded to an E-911 complaint in the 1200 block of South Jefferson Street late on February 12.
