After launching successful products like Sonet and Seltos, Carens MPV is the next big thing from Kia India. On 16 December, 2021 Kia revealed Carens MPV. After the official reveal, real life images of Carens MPV are out. The MPV has been spotted in attractive red colour. It seems like it is the top variant of Carens MPV.
Kia Carens In Real Life
The first thing about Carens MPV is its out of the box design language. This MPV is truly attention grabbing. From the front sleek design and beautifully crafted lights can be seen in real life images.
At the rear there’s is variant mentioned. The real life images are of top variant. It is the automatic DCT variant of the Carens MPV. Rear of the Carens gets new Kia logo and wraparound tail lights along with chrome finished bumper. Chrome finish can also be seen on the front of MPV.
Side profile of the Carens gets that long MPV-like look. One can clearly notice those smaller looking 16-inch alloy wheels on the Carens. From the side view, the Carens does look futuristic in real life images.
Kia Carens Engine
The MPV gets three engine options. Those engines are 1.5-Litre Petrol, 1.4-Litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-Litre diesel. When it comes to transmission, The Kia Carens gets 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter, 6-speed iMT, CVT along with 7-speed DCT.
Kia hasn’t revealed the price of the Carens. We’ll get to know the price at the time of launch in early 2022. After launch, Kia Carens will rival Mahindra XUV700, Hyundai Alcazar, Maruti Suzuki XL6, Tata Safari, MG Hector, Mahindra Marazzo and Toyota Innova Crysta.
