Difference b/w Game Capture vs Screen Capture in XSplit
Gaming Capture (Recommended): Gets the live video feed from a single game source. This applies to games that operate in full screen or windowed modes.
Screen Capture: Pulls the feed for your live video from a location on the monitor that you choose. It will record everything that takes place in that area. This includes your operating system’s pop-ups and notifications.
