Chicago: Man, 38, wounded in downtown shooting

Chicago: According to authorities, a guy was injured in a shooting downtown.

Around 10 p.m. Thursday, a 38-year-old man was driving on the 100 block of West Chicago Avenue when a brown sedan approached and someone inside fired shots into the vehicle, according to Chicago police.

Shots were fired in the man’s abdomen, groyne, and thigh. He was taken to Northwestern Hospital in good condition by firefighters.

No one has been arrested, and three policemen from Area are investigating.
